Marvin
Chef Marvin’s creativity has helped shape the menu at Amante. You’ll also find him in the dining room preparing our De La Forma tableside, where guests can watch the dish come together.
Fernando
Chef Fernando has been with Amante for over six years and has seen the restaurant evolve along the way. He was the first chef to prepare De La Forma at Amante, starting a tableside tradition our team carries on today.
Armando
Armando is the newest member of our kitchen team and has already made his mark at the pizza station. If you ask him what to order, his pick is the Perra Candita.
Pasha
Pasha has been with Amante for over two years and is one of our lead servers. Ask him about his Limoncello, though he might keep the recipe to himself.
Francesco
Originally from Italy, Francesco has spent over six years welcoming guests at Amante. He’s one of our senior servers and a familiar face in the dining room.
Dejan
Dejan’s love of Italian food goes back to his early years in Europe. His favorite dish at Amante is our Ossobuco. Ask him about it when you’re deciding what to order.
Fernando
With his smile and charm, Fernando brings a little of Rome’s cobblestone streets to our dining room. His favorite drink is the Sangria Flight, and he’ll tell you it’s hard to try it without smiling.
Manuel
Manuel joined Amante in early 2026 and has been bringing joy to the dining room ever since. He loves helping guests feel at home and making them laugh while they enjoy their favorite dishes.
